Hudson Bay Mountain Adventures is nearing the conclusion of it's master plan process and expects to be able to proceed with the development of fully serviced lots on the mountain during 2008.

The Base Lands Residential neighborhoods are situated on heavily forested, gently sloping topography that will enable ski-in / ski out access to all neighborhoods and the majority of individual lots. The sloping topography will also provide long distance views to the Bulkley Valley to the east. Retention of the forest cover during the development process will ensure privacy between lots, and buffer development from adjacent public areas.
